AGENCY MANAGEMENT
It is the policy of The Ship Group Community Services that each of its agencies be well maintained and furnished in accordance with the ages, interests, skills and disabilities of the population served. Maintenance and furnishings of each agency will be accomplished by the following:
1. Well-maintained buildings and grounds to promote the health and safety of consumers and staff.
2. Adequate administrative and program space will be provided.
3. Each agency and grounds will be efficiently and effectively managed. The Administrative Officer or designee will maintain documented evidence of compliance to codes and regulations.
Copies of all licenses and inspections will be provided to the Administrative Director/Quality Assurance Director and maintained in the
agency’s file
