Let them know they should have received an email following training with next steps and the back office is has been notified
- Double Check that the agent has access to the TMS system (Logistically) that they are marked as Active and their invite was sent out.
- The back office team is finalizing your boarding, once complete you will receive your training certificate
- All communication will be sent to your company email going forward

When reaching out to shippers, they may ask agent to send over their "Shipper Packet" or company information. This could be found along with an email script in the VIP Portal. Remember to send from company email.
