Green Tie Status

Green Tie Status means the person has received their welcome kit that was mailed to them and is ready to move on to the next steps. 

Congratulations on joining the VIP agent program! I see that you were able to verify your welcome kit online. 

During this call, I will set-up your login credentials and access for your 

-Email 

-The Agent Portal, where you will also complete your comprehensive self-paced training 

and lastly, the TMS system. 

Allow me to place you on hold while i get this set up for you. 

• Grant Access to Training portal via Teachable -This is also the Agent Portal will they can access any time at TSGLagent.com
• Create a new email account in Ionos for the agent.
• Provide access to the TMS system.   

Let the agent  log in to each system to ensure it works.   Encourage the agent to complete training first and earn certificate before they do anything else. 

We will call to follow up and check their progress in 1 week.

Remind that agent, after earning their certificate, that they should be making at least 100 cold calls per day to shippers and to secure freight. It's a slow process, but the reward is great.
