To become an agent of TSGL's VIP program there is an applicant and interview process.
Missed Interview, Callback
Create a ticket for level 1, include Applicant's name, phone number, email and time and date of interview.
Inform applicant that you will get there information over to the recruiter to follow up with them.
Conducting VIP Agent Interview
Applicant submit an application on our website which is submitted to Freshsales, then they pick a time to interview within our Calendly system.
You can see the interviews that have been scheduled by login into Calendly. The interview are outbound, so we will call the applicant at the scheduled time to conduct their interview.

Once you logged on, at the top bar, click Scheduled Events > Upcoming
Look for the current day and time to start calling.
Using the following form and script to conduct interview at the link below. Complete form for each interview.
**If you are FreshSales Access**
. Search for the applicant in Fresh Sales> Open Profile> Look for the status Bar> Determine if you would like to move forward with the applicant based on the interview questions that were asked, and their willingness to pay the opp fee> Click Recommend in the status bar> on the dropdown pick >Recommend or Unqualified.
Interview Completed.
