Community Service - Sign up/ Register

Individual will contact Resolute Charlotte to complete court ordered community service. 

If you get a call for a person looking/sent to complete community service hours, 

direct the person to visit our website at www. ResoluteCharlotte.org

Under the "Get Involved" tab, click Court Ordered Community Service

They are provided a calendar where they can scheduled the next available date to do community service in our office.

Remind them to bring their court paperwork when they arrive. 

Community Service Rules to remind person:

• If you miss TWO self-scheduled appointments, you are no longer permitted to volunteer at this site, your counselor will be contacted for your reassignment.  (Level 1 keep track of this with LOG)
• Call our office at 980-800-9896 before arriving or use intercom to be buzzed up. Please be advised that we do have individuals that are volunteering to ensure you complete your hours but emergenices do arise. Please call when you are on your way to the site to verify that someone will be in the office. Our offices open up at 11AM. 
• When you arrive, call our office at 980-800-9896, to inform our staff that you have arrived for your scheduled community service and need to be let in to the building.
• You will be in an office setting doing administrative and other community related task
• We prefer business casual dress attire
• There are no dates available outside of what’s reflected on this schedule
• If there is no available time to complete your hours by your deadline, please reach out to your assigned counselor for reassignment asap  
• Our staff are also volunteers, who invest their time into this partnership, so please be kind, come prepared, be respectful and have fun.
• We do not provide hours for no task completed. No exceptions. 
• We are closed on national holidays.
