Calls from Employee

**Verify employee in Employee Directory

  1. Determine Purpose of Call. - Never Provide client information on phone
  2. Logon to Axis Care,
  3. Log Call for any reason 


Gather information to complete the Record New Call Details Form.  Use the button under people to include mentioned names. 

Example Note: (Click Caretaker > Find Name > Name attached) Caller Name, called to inform us that she can not make it to client (Client > Find Name > Name attached)  house because. 



Call Reason/Solution 


> Call out/Can't Make it: Log call, send message in Admin chat > contact Office Manager in chat 


Bladen/Elizabethtown  - Mary Shipman 

Rowan County/ Salisbury - Tamika Burns 


> General Questions and trouble shooting can be handle on call 


Schedule > Pull their schedule up in Axis Care, Times only, do not give names. 

Phone App Issues > 

Password reset > send Message to admin team
