- Logon to Axis Care, click the Call tab at the top
- Identify the caller's need - Never provide ANY client information- Do not verify if a client or not.
- You can provide general information about the company and process, office locations ect.
- Gather information to complete the Record New Call Details Form. Use the button under people to include mentioned names.
Example Note: (Click Client > Find Name > Name attached) Caller Name, called to find out when will he have his next caregiver visit. He said he spoke to Click Caregiver > Find Name > Name attached) Care Name on Monday.
If someone needs to call them back, check the follow up box.
Save Call and give closing

Skip Steps If a current client has an Emergency such as needing Medical care, having a problem that effecting them now or going to the hospital, police or liberty or another home care agency ect.
Place caller on hold and Get in touch with admin ASAP via Admin Chat or Phone.
