Standup Wireless Agent Onboarding

How to get your agents onboarded with no delays and to get a better understanding of the process. The onboarding process flow is as follows:

 

  1. As the ISO (Partner) enter the agent/supervisor information in the onboarding tool of your StandUp Wireless portal.
  1. FIRST NAME
  2. LAST NAME
  3. DEMOGRAGHICS (ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER,  ETC.)
  4. UPLOAD PICTURE ID
  5. ENTER AGENTS RAD ID

 

  1. After the information above is submitted it will be reviewed by StandUp support. Support will send a Background Check Questionnaire and once the agent submits the Questionnaire the agent will receive a confirmation of submission immediately thereafter, however THIS IS NOT A CLEARANCE. Within 24 hours the y agent will receive an additional email from StandUp regarding training.

 

  1. While training is in process,  the agent will need to wait until their Background Check clears, which usually clears within 48-72 hours.

 

  1. Once Background Check is clear and training has been completed the agent or supervisor will get receive an ADP Workmarket Link from StandUp for registration purposes (ALWAYS HAVE THE AGENT/SUPERVISOR ACCESS THE LINK SENT FROM STANDUP DIRECTLY FROM THEIR EMAIL AND BY NO OTHER MEANS AS THIS WILL CAUSE DELAYS). In addition, if you or any agent have had a Workmarket ID before please advise so that we can merge and send an additional link to merge the Workmarket ID to StandUp Labor Cloud.

THIS STEP IS IMPORTANT SO STANDUP CAN PROCESS THE AGENTS OR SUPERVISOR PAY AND AGAIN TO CAUSE NO DELAYS IN THE ONBOARDING PROCESS.

 

  1. Once Workmarket registration is completed by the Agent or Supervisor (if also enrolling customers) then their RAD is linked within 24 hours and they are complete, and their status will state completed, which is seen in the portal.

 

Last, but not least you want to make sure the agent orders their Marketing Materials Kit through their Portal! (Attached is the guide)
