Each active VIP Agent have an active company email that is assigned to them during on-boarding.
Every agent email should be in the following format:
A agent can access their email form the VIP Portal or by typing mail.tsglagent.com
Email Login Issues
If a TSG Logistics VIP Agent is having password issue. Determine first if the account needs to be reset or created.
Admin Solutions - Internal (Do Not Share)
Go to the Admin Portal : https://login.ionos.com/
Enter the login information below
User Name

Password
@TSG2022
After login you should see the home screen, which reads: Welcome Kerry Shipman.
Click Manage Email Addresses > Select Mail Basic > This should show you a list of all agent emails to search from>
Reset Password
Search and Select the correct agent, open their email profile > Click password from the agent's email profile > enter a new password (Use Default: @Welcometsgl) > click change password
Notify agent of new password, and note the reset in Fresh Sales
Create Email Account/Add New Agent
Click Create Email Address at the top right corner of the page >The type to select is "Mail Basic | 2 GB" > Click create > enter just the agent's first name for email (if their is another agent with the same name add the number 1) and use default password: @Welcometsgl > UNCHECK protect against virus protection > Click " I agree and save"
