Mark this ticket as Pending until you get a reply with the DOB needed to run a Medicaid check. If 24 hours have passed with no message reply, do a follow up phone call using the same script. (Make a note on ticket of your work)
The reply will come as a ticket with the person's name. Anyone on level 1 can complete the process from any point, be sure of timeframe and leave a note.
Once you get DOB, conduct a check and transfer ALL this information to the Client screening Form, Submit form and close this ticket.
