The VIP Program includes a self- pace comprehensive freight broker/agent training. The training is provided by the Freight Brokers Association.
Agents are provided access to the Learning Portal once their On-Boarding has been completed. A link is provided to them in a email that was sent to their personal email.
The subject of that email is:
"Welcome to the Team - Login Credential Information "
Agents must use that unique registration link to register using their company email. Agents are encouraged to use the same password for all systems.
After training is completed the agent is emailed a Certificate of completion.
Issues
I can't access the learning portal or I never received the link for the learning portal
- Check Fresh Sales to see if their On-Boarding is complete
- Look at Agent's profile in Fresh Sales, under outgoing emails to see email with the subject "Welcome to the Team - Login Credential Information " went out. If SO, Ask agent to check their personal and company email for the message the registration link is at the bottom of that email.
Solution (Internal) Do Not Share
You can log-on to the Admin of the Learning portal to check and see if the agent has completed registration.

If the email was never sent after verifying the agent is not in Teachable (Learning Portal) or the email is not listed in outgoing emails on agent profile in fresh-works. Also, verify that the agent is Active and their on-boarding is complete. If so, use canned response and send email to agent.
