Each active VIP Agent have an active TMS system that is assigned to them during on-boarding.
Every agent is sent a invite to their company email to create a password for the TMS system
logistically.
The agent user name is their company email and their password what they has created when sent the invite.
A agent can access TMS system from the VIP Portal or by typing tsglagent.com
TMS Login Issues
If a TSG Logistics VIP Agent is having password issue. Determine first if the account needs to be reset or created.
Admin Solutions - Internal (Do Not Share)
Go to the Admin Portal : https://theshipgroup.logisticallytms.com/
Enter the login information below
User Name
ocoent1@gmail.com
Password
@welcome1
After login in you should see on home screen
Click Team for the list on right hand side> Select Create/Edit > This should show you a list of all agent to search from>
Reset Password
Search and Select the correct agent, open their profile > Scroll down to User Management> Check to make sure
Active = Yes and Locked = No > If that is not the problem > Click password reset
Notify agent password reset has been sent to their company email for them to reset, and note the reset in Fresh Sales
Create Email Account/Add New Agent
Click Create New Team Member at the top right corner of the page >Enter Name and Company Email > Scroll down to User Management > Send Invite = NO
After the agent completes their training this should be made active for them at that time.
Make a note on their profile on Fresh Sales that the account was created. In Fresh Sales, Under Agent Details >Agent Field > Make sure the field "TMS Access was Granted" says YES
