Gusto - VIP Agent Payment System

Each active VIP Agent have an active Gusto profile that is assigned to them during on-boarding. 


Gusto is the payment system that handles tax document and pay for VIP agents. Agent are prompted  to add their  direct deposit information to receive their commission payments and fill out the tax form as a independent contractor. 




Every agent is sent a invite to their personal email to create a password for the Gusto and to complete their profile. 


The agent user name is their company email and their password what they has created when sent the invite. 



A agent can access TMS system from the VIP Portal 



Gusto Login Issues 



If a TSG Logistics VIP Agent is having issues registering or had never received the Gusto invite . Determine first if the account needs to be resent or created to avoid duplicate entries.  




Admin Solutions - Internal (Do Not Share)



Go to the Admin Portal : https://app.gusto.com/the-ship-group/people

Enter the login information below 


User Name 

ocoent1@gmail.com

Password

@Tsgwelcome1



After login in you should see on home screen 

Click People form the list on right hand side> Select Team Member > This should show you a list of all agent to search from



Terminate VIP Agent

Search and Select the correct agent, open their profile > Under Contractor Details click edit > stroll down to status > change to INACTIVE


  


Create Email Account/Add New Agent 

Check to see if the agent has a profile first. 

Click Add Team Member at the top right corner of the page >Pick Contractor and click Add Contractor Type : Individual (If they have a registered business with a TAX ID number you can pick Business)  > Department: Logistics > Start Date :Today > Wage Type: Fixed Dollar Amount > Contractor Email: Agent Company Email> Check- Invite this Contractor to enter their own details into Gusto > Click Select Document > Add Contractor 



Make a note on their profile on Fresh Sales that the account was created. In Fresh Sales, Under Agent Details >Agent Field > Make sure the field  "Gusto Completed " says YES
